Weight Watchers® Smart Ones® Satisfying Selections Review

I was one of the lucky ones who were selected to try out these Weight Watchers Smart Ones Satisfying Selections meals and after receiving my vouchers, I decided to try the Sesame Chicken and the Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry. Since I prefer to cook my meals on the stove top, I used a medium size non-stick frying pan to cook the Sesame Chicken meal first. The directions are very simple for preparing it. All I had to add was a 1/3 cup of water. Heating the food straight out of the bag took about 7 minutes and my meal was ready.

I must say that it came out very good. The vegetables, chow mein, and meat were very appetizing looking and smelled delicious. The size of the meal was perfect as well. I really liked the chicken pieces. They were soft and the coating was just right. The amount of sauce in the meal was perfect as well. After eating the meal for lunch, I felt very satisfied and did not feel hungry until dinner time.

Next on the list, was the Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry. It was just as delicious. I would recommend these Smart Ones Satisfying Selections meals to anyone who is looking for a tasty, satisfying meal for one that is quick to prepare.

My hair's experience with Fekkai

I was always a little hesitant to try the Fekkai volumizing shampoo and conditioner.  However, once I receive a sample in the mail, I decided to give it a try.  I really liked the smell and feel of both the shampoo and conditioner in the shower both before and during application.  My hair felt soft and smooth.  I was very excited to see the results.  However, when I brushed my hair out after it was dry on the day after shampooing it, I noticed that it felt flatter than usual and also lifeless.  I alternate between John Frieda, Aveeno, and other hair care brands' volumizing shampoo and conditioner and sadly, have to admit that I was not impressed with Fekkai long term results.  I don't wash my hair everyday because I think it's bad to strip it of its natural oils so often and want a shampoo that can make my hair feel voluminous for at least 2 or 3 days before I have to re-wash it.  Sadly, Fekkai did not give me the desired results.  My hair felt good and voluminous right after the wash, but started getting flat by the end of the evening which was quite disappointing.
On a bright note, everyone's hair is different so maybe you will have a better experience with this brand and their products!  So just because I had a disappointing experience, don't let me stop you from trying this for yourself.  :D
